I found the room clean and well kept. It was quite refreshing! the staff was always approachable and ready to help, it made a difference. i also appreciated the hotel's proximity to key attractions like the royal mile, it was super convenient.

The breakfast area felt a little overcrowded at times. It could use some better arrangement.
